The aim of the AROUND project is to describe the multiple dimensions of the environment of cancer and investigate their impact on cancer (incidence, progression, death, …). Dimensions taken into account will focus on medical environment such as existence of prescribing guidelines, new molecules, new diagnostic tools and digital applications, … (non exhaustive list). The final aim of the AROUND project is to provide insight on the most efficient measures to reduce cancer impact on people.

Our goal is to build a predictive model to anticipate lung cancer evolution and severe side effects occurrence in order to react with more effective solutions for patients. We will study lung cancer immunologic response and treatments immunologic response to provide the most accurate anticipation model to foresee cancer evolution and anticipate immune severe side effects occurrence based on patients' data.

Here we will try to bring out some local rules helping to understand stand-alone cancers under certain conditions. Prior localization is one of the most convenient strategies to tackle the unavoidable trade off between accuracy and interpretability that we face when we run learning algorithms.

In this project we aim at finding through data scietific methods the influence of food to cancer incidence based on consumption, production and cultural behaviors. We would like to verify if datascience using the available dataset of FAO, can confirm known results for alicaments. (reference Belliveau work) We would like to propose results vizualisation proper for inter disciplinary discussion and debate around our approach.
